At KULT, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 48-hour Return & Exchange window starting from the date of delivery.

To initiate a request, customers must submit it through our official Return/Exchange Portal.

Important: Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues only.
A ₹199 exchange processing & handling fee will apply.
Exchanges are permitted only for the same product/design, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be genuine and valid.

Refund / Return Policy

If you would like to return your item, a ₹400 return processing fee will be deducted.

Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection in original condition:

Refunds will be issued as store credit (gift card) within 10 business days.
Store credit can be used for any future purchase on the KULT website.

If you do not receive your store credit within 15 business days, please contact us.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
